What is the delivery time?
All the products you have purchased are in stock. Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday – Sunday) will be shipped on Monday. It takes 1 to 3 days for your order to reach you.
The product I received came damaged, what should I do?
Every product you buy from he-po.com is under our warranty. We recommend that you contact us for a new and healthy delivery as soon as possible.

Our handmade soaps, made of hemp seed oil, are covered with traditional handcrafted felt and transformed into exclusive new products.
Hemp seed oil, an antioxidant, helps to maintain the moisture balance of the skin.
It gives the skin a soft appearance and is rich in Vitamins E & D.
It relaxes your skin.
During use, the felt covered on the soap will have a peeling effect on your skin.
With each use, the soap inside and the felt will shrink, and when the soap completely melts, a felt ball will remain. You may use your remaining felt ball as a tiny accessory.

EVERYTHING STARTED WITH A SEED
Our story began with a single seed whose miracle we believed.
Our domestic hemp seeds, which we cultivate using natural methods without using any pesticides, have turned into creative designs in precious hands with time, effort, patience and love.
We first sorted our hemp, which we harvested with the machines we produced, and turned it into fiber, then we obtained fiber and yarn. Our fabrics are woven with these specially produced yarns.

We are aware that we ingest the dyestuff on every product we touch and wear. That’s why our products are only dyed with Natural or Organic dyes.
Wooden molds and plants collected from nature were used as printing patterns.
